Este es un evento anual organizado por el PVA. <strong>Raymond (Joe) Gilkinson<\/strong> jug\u00f3 rugby en silla de ruedas con los Steelwheelers de Pittsburgh. Para ser invitado a este torneo, debe tener al menos 1 veterano en su equipo. Hay aprox. 15 o 16 equipos de WC Rugby de todo el pa\u00eds invitados.  <strong>\u00a1Keystone PVA patrocin\u00f3 a Joe para que asistiera!<\/strong> Gracias, Joe, por compartir tu habilidad y
