Membership Meeting – 11 February 2023
The next bi-monthly Membership Meeting of the Keystone Paralyzed Veterans of America will be on Saturday, 11 February 2023. The meeting will be available to members via Zoom using the link below. Air Rifle Clinic and Competition in Pennsylvania – April 22&23 2023
The annual Air Rifle Clinic and Competition will resume in April 2023 at the Encompass Healthcare (formerly HealthSouth Harmarville) rehabilitation hospital at 320 Guys Run Road, Pittsburgh PA 15238 (Allegheny County, Pa.) for paralyzed veterans and other disabled persons. How we stand up for our country on Veterans Day!
How do we stand up for our country, even though we can’t stand anymore? We may be broken on the outside, but on the inside, we have more determination than one could ever know. When we hear that call, the call of duty, we respond in a minute.
We may have prosthetic arms or legs, or even be confined to a wheelchair; when duty calls we will be there. This Veterans Day, November 11, 2022, we will stand in the streets tall and proud, proud to be military service men and women of all ages.
Sailing on the Hudson River in 2022
In 2021, HRCS launched an Adaptive Sailing program to work with people living with a range of disabilities. Through partnerships with a number of organizations HRCS are getting a diverse group of participants on the water! Check out this video to learn more about Adaptive Sailing at HRCS.
