If you meant to request a registration/rules/release flyer and haven’t done it yet–PLEASE DO IT NOW! We’ve attached one to this email; call us if you need a flyer mailed to you by postal service.
If you haven’t reserved your hotel room–PLEASE DO IT NOW! The information flyer with instructions on reserving your room is attached.
The entry fee is $50; it will be returned at the awards presentation on 15 June.
The hotel room charge will be paid for by PVA.
If you are a Keystone PVA life member, you may request reimbursement for your travel (mileage and any tolls that apply), but–DO IT NOW! The deadline for travel reimbursement requests is this Friday. The sponsorship form is attached.
